Example Web Site

The Celtic WorldThis site, or at least the layout and design for this site, is based on an idea to create a portfolio site for a graphic artist or web designer. The layout aims to be clean, yet provide ample opportunity for the designer to showcase their skills, with a bright and colourful canvas.

Project Management ServicePart of the goal for this site, was to maintain the accessibility of the site across various web browsers and operating systems - and for people with various levels of disability. This site cater for as wide an audience as possible by adhereing to the WAI - AA requirements. To improve accessiblity, all images have ALT tags set and the site provides its information equally with images turned off as with them on.

CompuSkills Web design serviceAs this site is being designed as a "test" of the CSS and layout techniques, there is no real designer who is having their work showcased here. For the images and logos I have used screen shots from the CompuSkills portfolio of sites, and where necessary I have used the "lorem ipsum" filler text.
